Our Fees

In most cases, our advice is provided at no direct cost to you. Sprout receives commissions from product providers when you proceed with a recommendation.

If no commission is payable (e.g., for a product outside our provider panel), a one-off fee may be agreed upon in writing with you before work begins. This is typically $300 + GST per hour, capped at $3,000 + GST.

One-Off Fee for Early Cancellation

If your insurance policy is cancelled or materially changed within 24 months, the insurer may request that we repay our commission. In this case, Sprout may charge you a one-off fee, calculated at the hourly rate above and capped at the value of the repaid commission. You will be invoiced within 30 days to pay.

Sprout may receive upfront and ongoing commissions from providers. This helps cover the cost of giving you advice and supporting you over time.
